We are a planned unit development with 269 lots.
We own our lots and pay a monthly assessment of $86.00 to cover the cost of landscaping and maintenance of the common area, pool ,spa, and clubhouse.
Our Association has a Recreational Vehicle storage facility for residents. The yearly storage fee is $288.
Our Officers and Board members are volunteers who oversee the operation of the planned unit development.
Board members are elected for a two year term and can serve for two consecutive terms only.
Officers are appointed by the Board.
